Job Responsibilities:

Guest Services:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns.

Safety and Security:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response activities.

Housekeeping:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of cabins and public areas.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.

Food and Beverage:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and beverages.
- Ensure dining areas are clean and well-stocked.

Entertainment and Activities:
- Assist with organizing and facilitating onboard activities and events.
- Provide support to the entertainment team as needed.

Team Collaboration:
- Work cooperatively with other crew members and departments.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
Requirements:
- Valid Passport: Must have a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity.
- Medical Clearance: Must pass a pre-employment medical examination.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check.
